Award shows and multi-presenter nights
Each presenter's script is loaded as its own segment, so the operator jumps straight to whoever walks on next. When the running order changes, the prompter changes with it.
Winner and nominee names are spelled phonetically on screen, checked with you beforehand.
Working with the venue's AV team
Hotels and convention centres have in-house AV. The operator coordinates with them directly on power, video feeds, comms and stage positions, so you are not relaying messages.
